I was inspired to create this piece from the experiences I had in Alabama dry-fly fishing around the water lilies in the bayous.  As soon as my orange-belly humpy hit the water,  big 10-inch, bull bluegill would explode up, out and down on my high-floating fly – it was spectacular!
