“Accomplishing a Grand Slam of fish requires catching four separate species in one day from one general watershed.  This Western Grand Slam includes a German brown, a McCloud rainbow, a Colorado Cutthroat and an Eastern brook trout.  These lovely trout are uniquely shaped and marked.  To capture each on paper, I chose the media of fine art colored pencils to best illustrate the vivid detail and hue of each of these beloved trout species.”
